  3. I made your recipe and by the time i want it to take one, the crust of the shield separate from the inside, and the inside got stuck in the parchment paper and on the silicone, bcause i tried on both. What tip can you give me

Well, it was sort of helpful during the mixing but certainly would have been more helpful to actually show how the batter should look other than saying firm but running while scooping into the piping bag. That means pretty much nothing in this demonstration especially if that is the most critical stage for making macarons.

    Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 5-10 minutes, until cookies are firm and crisp. Be sure to keep a close eye on the cookies – they should not brown on top. Remove cookies from oven and cool.

    The oven should be at 375 degrees F… in Celsius, that’s about 190.556 degrees. Perhaps that was the issue.
