How to make Pulled Pork in a Crock Pot

This video shows how to make pulled pork in a crock pot or slow cooker.

Ingredients:
1 pork butt
1 2-liter Coke
1/2 sweet Vidalia onion
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/3 cup parsley
1/3 cup basil
1/3 cup oregano
olive oil to rub the pork butt
Cajun or creole seasoning
your favorite barbecue sauce

No Salt Rub Recipe:
1 cup dark brown sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup onion powder
2 tbsp coarse black pepper
2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder

  11. Nice job. If only all co-workers were as cool as you. I make this often. Only difference is I use beer instead of coke. And I’m lazy so I use a dry rub pre made. I’m sure yours is better. Nice man!
