  8. I baked it today reducing some sugar and it was not too sweet, just a perfect low fat banana bread! Without chocolate or nuts, this bread has so much flavor and moisture in it. I will bake it tomorrow again. I think I am in love with you Stephanie.

  9. Mad this, put them in muffin cups, 163 cal per small muffin. So good, can’t tell there is no butter, very moist and good. Better than other recipes, I’ve tried many.

    My Banana Cake – Recipe: 1/2 cup butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 2 medium ripe bananas, 3/4 cup sour cream, 1 tsp soda, 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract! Blend alltogether and bake at 180 ° C – 350 ° F – GM 4 for 35 to 40 mins! It’s the best banana cake ever!

    • Yes but it’s not low fat and that’s why we have this tutorial. Perhaps you should have your own channel to display your recipes.
